Tantraa Events is looking for AM/Manager – Event Productions & Operations Mid Level in Mumbai with Hands-on experience with software: 2D, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / Diploma
Exp: 5– 7 Yrs
Good communication skills.
Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
Hands-on experience with software: 2D, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
Plans and organizes events with attention to financial and time constraints; manages the booking of venues and schedule of the speakers.
Meets up with clients and coordinates with them regularly.
Looks up and compares different vendors (decorators, musicians etc.) and negotiates with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms.
Creating Estimates skillfully as per client’s budgets and closing vendors making a good number of profits for the Organization
Leading the Execution of the Event with great Teamwork as per client’s expectations • Taking valuable decisions at the correct time which benefits the Event output
Delivering the Event successfully to the client’s expectations
