Catering Sales Executive

Requirements:

• Responsible for achieving Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goals within areas of responsibility
• Finalizing all details relating to catering functions from the concept stage until the final billing
• To ensure delivery of the highest standards of service and coordinates all other details with relevant departments
• Must visit Auditorium, Banquet Halls, and Resorts to attain clients
• Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety of cultures
• To receive catering orders, plan and execute
• To do spot inspection before catering
• To collect payment after catering
• Organize, train and execute all catering staff members
• To submit fortnight report
